My company hired ‘Spirit Horse Therapeutic Arts’ to provide a workshop to young children on the traditional Newfoundland ugly stick. Leading up to the workshop the service was great, the communication was efficient, and it was easy to obtain information on how the workshop would run. June had the best interest of the children at heart and planned in an inclusive way so all children could participate. Parents were impressed with how educational and fun the workshop was for their children. So much, that I was receiving thank you messages and pictures from the workshop days after the event finished.
Spirit Horse Therapeutic Arts is a fantastic representation of indigenous cultures and history and inclusive of Newfoundland Labrador traditions and heritage. I highly recommend ‘Spirit Horse Therapeutic Arts’ and will hire again should the need arise. Thank you for a wonderful workshop!

Using traditional painting techniques. Jesse has been an instructor for painting workshops for various groups, created murals for businesses and has been commissioned for traditional paintings
